Le cesoie della serie HT sono costruite con materiali di altissima qualità, come lamiere in S 700, perni in acciaio 39 NiCrMo3 e boccole con bronzine, che garantiscono robustezza e durabilità. Il coltello in acciaio di elevata qualità (HB 500), rimuovibile e fissato con viti a scomparsa, assicura un taglio preciso e senza ostacoli, rendendo ogni operazione fluida ed efficiente.
